Our Foreverbreathe homes are built beyond standard code, using natural, non-toxic, and sustainable materials. This means better homes for the environment and for the families living in them.
We offer a superior, natural performance alternative to conventional building methods, focusing on healthy living spaces over synthetic solutions. We're currently designing an extraordinary show home in collaboration with one of Christchurch's most creative architects, set to launch the Foreverbreathe specification to the mainstream market.
The Opportunity:
This is an unparalleled opportunity to drive sales for a truly unique and in-demand product. You will be responsible for sales generation, primarily operating our new Foreverbreathe show home in Lincoln. With only two dedicated salespeople for this exclusive show home, the earning potential for the right individual is exceptionally high.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Client Engagement: Operating the Foreverbreathe show home, engaging with prospective clients, and helping them to understand key differences between Foreverbreathe and other options. You’ll need to qualify leads by understanding needs, budget, and timeline and you’ll need to be a closer too.
Product Presentation: Expertly presenting the unique features and benefits of Foreverbreathe homes, including our natural, non-toxic, and sustainable materials and their health advantages.
Sales Process: Guiding clients through the sales journey, from initial interest to contract signing, ensuring a transparent and professional experience. (While you'll work with architects and designers to generate plans, a sound understanding of home layouts is necessary.)
Relationship Management: Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing them with comprehensive information and support.
Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
What We're Looking For:
We're searching for someone who is:
Experienced in New Home Sales: You have a proven track record in new home sales and are eager to offer an innovative, high-value product.
Sales-Driven: You love sales and are motivated by the opportunity to significantly impact a growing market segment.
Values-Aligned: You have a genuine interest in sustainability and construction using low/non-toxic materials. You are passionate about selling natural homes that benefit both people and the planet.
A Keen Learner: You are committed to understanding the intricacies of the Foreverbreathe specification and can effectively communicate its unique advantages.
Professional & Reliable: You possess excellent communication skills and have reliable transport to our Lincoln show home for rostered shifts.
Team Player: While working independently at the show home, you'll collaborate with our internal team and external professionals and suppliers.
Remuneration & Training:
This role offers a full commission structure after an initial training allowance period. You will receive comprehensive product knowledge training starting in early December, ensuring you are 100% confident and effective in conveying the Foreverbreathe message when the show home opens early 2026. Weekend work is a natural and essential part of this role.
