Brief background: The brief was to design and build an executive performance home incorporating the Foreverbreathe specification. This specification futureproofs the client’s investment by ticking the boxes required by MBIE for 2030 and 2050 while providing a comfortable, humidity managed, quiet environment made from stronger, low / no toxin building materials.
